• Enhanced internet service
• Buddying

• Partial interruption

Interruption Procedure

• Transco informs shippers of the need to interrupt
• Shippers/suppliers contact their interruptible customers
• Shippers confirm with Transco that interruption has taken place
• Transco update shippers until consumers can be restored

Failure to Interrupt

• Following formal request consumer may be:
• Disconnected
• Face Financial penalties
• Be issued with a Safety warning

Consumer Obligations

• Must be able to effect interruption
• Provide shippers/suppliers with correct contact information
